White Rice

White rice is the result of unhulled grain between the skin and its contents, the contents of the white grain are called white rice while the brown husk is called grain. This white rice contains less nutrition when compared to brown rice or green rice because it is nutritious in the grain skin which previously contained 100 g of white rice contains more or less - + 6.3gr protein. White rice is the biggest source for producing energy, besides containing white rice it also contains fat, protein, iron, magnesium, and vitamin B.

White rice is the main food of Indonesian people, white rice is classified as a cheap and versatile food besides rice being white can also be processed to make various kinds of snacks. White rice is the choice to meet the nutritional needs of families combined with other more complete foods such as eggs, vegetables, or meat.
